We were invited to be part of a team led by Bostwick Design Partnership, the architect, to create a comprehensive, phased master plan for The Cleveland Public Library. The goals were to make the Library more of a destination in downtown Cleveland and to build the library of the future.
The first phase was to renovate a 7,000 sq. ft. area to create TechCentral. This required relocating two of the most in-demand collections: Popular and Audio-Video.
Our design team created a bold and inviting, temporary wayfinding system in support of the Library’s brand. Up to four million patrons and visitors were guided to their destinations during the construction of TechCentral.
