The leadership team had a goal of creating a place to educate and engage their Customers by demonstrating best-in-class equipment, technology and services.

Karen Skunta & Company immersed ourselves in the STERIS brand and culture. We used our knowledge of the company and expertise to design the Bill R. Sanford Customer Solutions Center: a 32,000 sq. ft. space that conveys the STERIS brand and its breadth and depth worldwide.

Our firm is proud to have created a competitive advantage for STERIS and respect their wishes to not share the space publicly. The Customer Solutions Center is by appointment only.
