James Hardie, the world leader in fiber cement siding, was asked by one of their big-box store customers to explore placing an interactive experience for consumers shopping in the site.
Our design team worked with the James Hardie marketing director to create a branded, interactive presentation showcasing their products.
The consumer was required to sign in, provide contact information and an overview of their home project. This information was available in real time and also stored in the Cloud. Local James Hardie sales representatives followed up, assuring one-on-one service.
The presentation was also formatted for handheld tablets used by James Hardie sales representatives.
