Parker Hannifin
Founding Family Commemoration

Parker Hannifin Corporate Headquarters presents the founding family front and center in the main lobby. The story begins with the founder, Arthur L. Parker, and his great inventions, including a list of his 161 U.S. patents.

Custom molded art glass is used for exhibit panels featuring Arthur’s wife, Helen and their son, Patrick S. Parker, who led the company for 37 years. A triangular display cabinet contains four historic artifacts.

Located outside and visible through the main lobby windows is a life-size bronze statue of Pat. It is located near a pond on the property, as he was an avid sailor and his leadership style is expressed around the circular base: “I always thought of business and life as a voyage.”
